THIS is my last Will and testament and /or codicil and I consider this to be my laws will. It will be effective after my death. It is my wish and wish that after my death, my wife/son/daughter/CD (anybody) shall be entitled to get all my estate, property, money thereof completely and absolutely and forever.
Accordingly, I declare him / her as the sole and only beneficiary and universal legatee of my last will.
I hereby leave, give, bequeath completely and forever to my said wife/son/daughter/CD all my property, assets, liabilities, both movable and immovable including the ones that I might obtain in the future absolutely and forever to my wife/son/daughter/CD, thereby appointing her the executor/executrix of my last will and he/she will be entitled to obtain probate without being required to furnish any security. I hereby state that I am making this will in full senses and to the full of my understanding and without the forceful influence of any body. Dated this the ……….. day of …………….., 2007
