THIS is my last will and testament. This will have its effect after my death. I hereby revoke all the wills and codicils previously made by me.
1.I hereby appoint A as the executor / executrix of my last will with regard OR I appoint A and B as the guardian to my minor children till they attain their majority. If by any chance, the executor fails to obtain the probate or fails to act as a trustee, the other one shall act as the same.
2.I direct my said executors / executrix to pay out of my estate a sum of Rs. . to . (can give any other instructions as well). I also desire to give XY a sum of Rs. .. or anything at the time of his / her marriage, which. In all probability I would not be able to attend.
3.Apart from what I have mentioned hereinabove, me executors / executrix shall hold, possess and administer my entire estate, both movable and immovable till the youngest of my children attain majority.
4.My executors and executrix shall enjoy the liberty of selling my immovable properties and invest them in Government securities.
5.My executor / executrix shall pay all my debts and they shall distribute the remaining portion of my property equally among (mention the name of the persons and also your relation with them and the share in which it should go to them).
