Will with legacies and trust for children and continuation of business
This is the last WILL and TESTAMENT of me “X”. I hereby revoke all previous wills and codicils made by me and declare this to be my last will. This will become operative after my death.
1.I appoint AB and CD as my executors / trustees of my said this Will. I also appoint them as the guardians of my children till they attain the age of majority.
2.I hereby give leave and bequeath the following legacies to be paid out of my estate as soon as possible after my death :
a.(Specify if you want to give anything to anybody)
3.I also state that the remaining of my property shall remain for the use and benefits of my children and I direct my trustees take care of them till the youngest child attains the age of majority.
4.My trustees shall be able to carry on my business provided :
a. They maintain the proper books of accounts.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said “X”, the Testator has executed these presents on the day, month and year mentioned hereinabove in the presence of AB and CD.
