Will by a sonless Hindu leaving several legacies and also making Religious and Charitable Bequests

This is the last will of CD made this the Е.. day of Е.., year.
I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
I appoint УXФ and УYФ, to be the joint executors and trustees of my last will
I appoint the said trustees as guardian of my children alongwith my wife.
I give / bequeath :-
(1). To my friend УAФ, all my books (Or any other property)
(2). To my son Цin- law УBФ, my motor car, Etc Etc (mention every thing)
(3). To my daughter ЕЕЕЕЕ.
I give the following pecuniary legacies to :-
(a). to each of my trustees who shall prove my will and act in the trust thereof, the sum of Rs. ЕЕ..
(b). to each of my servants
й. To any other relative / persons
I would give the following to :
(a). ЕЕЕЕ.. hospital, a sum of Rs. ЕЕЕЕ..
(b). ЕЕЕЕ old age home, a sum of Rs. ЕЕЕ.
I give all the money that I have in the different banks in favour of the trustees in order to spend in the ceremonies in connection with my funeral / cremation and the formalities thereafter. They should also clear all my debts from the same account and the rest shall be donated to ЕЕ or whatever he wants to do with that money.

I also bequeath all my movable and immovable property existing at the time of my death to my wife absolutely. I also empower her to appoint a new trustee on the occurance of any vacancy in the office of the trustees.

I further state that in case of any difference of opinion amongst the trustees regarding the will or the management of the trust property, the opinion of the majority will prevail.
