General Forms of a will

1. Introduction :
a. To start with :-

I, X, declare this to be my last will which I make on this the ЕЕ. Day of ЕЕ.., year, after revoking all other wills and codicils hereinbefore made by me.

OR

I, X, hereby revoke all my former wills and codicils and declare this to be my last will

OR

This is my last will made this the ЕЕ.. day of ЕЕ.. , year

2. Appointment of executors or Trustees :

I appoint УXYФ as the sole executor / executrix of this my last will.

b. Executor and Trustee :-

I appoint AB etc as the executor or executrix of this will

c. On attaining majority :-

I appoint CD and also my son / daughter / or any one else, when he shall attain majority to be the executor or trustee to this my last will.

d. Guardian :-

I appoint УXФ or my Trustees to be the guardian of my minor child to act jointly with my wife, till my child attains majority.

3. Specific Legacies :

a.Absolute :-

I give УXФ absolute ЕЕЕЕЕЕ. (mention everything that you want to give)

b.For ever :-

I bequeath the user and enjoyment right of all, my house at ЕЕ. (address), furniture etc etc, to my wife during her life or widowhood and also declare that after her death, the same shall be added to my residuary property / The same shall go to my children, either equally or the shares can be mentioned.

c.Trade or business :-

I bequeath to ЕЕЕ. The goodwill of my trade and business of ЕЕ. And the stock in the trade / business and all the machinery therein togetherwith the lease of the room wherefrom my business runs and lying situate at ЕЕЕ.. (address) and all the contracts pertaining to the said business in favour of УXYФ.

The attestation is the same in all the forms of Wills.
