THIS is a codicil to my last WILL made on the …….. day of ………………, year.
WHEREAS one of the legatees mentioned in my said Will has died (the exact date of death should preferably be given). Now by this codicil, I do bequeath the same unto AB. If AB also dies before me, then the same shall pass to CD. In all other respects, I confirm the contents of my last Will
