Codicil with bequest and authority to widow to adopt
THIS IS MY CODICIL to my last Will and testament dated the ……….. day of ……….., year and I direct this codicil to be treated as a part and parcel of my said Will.
I leave, give and bequeath (whatever the Testator wants to give ) unto his grand children
I also give my wife the authority, power and liberty to adopt a suitable boy as my son and if even he dies without leaving behind any successor, then adopt another boy and continue the same in the similar manner.
I also confirm my aforesaid will.
