THIS is a codicil to my Will dated the ……. Day of …………, year.
WHEREAS since I got married after making my last will, I hereby revise the same.
Now I hereby leave and bequeath to my said wife for her life the total annual sum of Rs..………….. from the day of my death to be paid to her (mention the mode of payment). I also declare that my child or children borne by her. I Further state that my child and children from this wife shall have equal share in all my property alongwith my other children .
I also confirm this to be my last Will.
