Codicil substituting a Trustee for one appointed by a Will
I, AB declare this to be my first Codicil to my last will dated the ….. day of ……, year.
WHEREAS by my last will dated the . day of ……….., years, I have appointed XY as one of the executors and trustees of my last will.
AND WHEREAS, the said XY has died. Now I revoke the appointment of XY as the trustees or as one of the executors of my last will and in place and instead appoint MN as trustee.
I further state that in my said last will, wherever the name of XY had been mentioned, it shall be henceforth read as MN.
I confirm my said last will in all respects.
