I, AB, declare this to be my second codicil to my last will dated this the ……….. day of …….., years which was modified by my first codicil dated the … day of ……, year.
WHEREAS by my last will, I bequeathed
(a)mention the legacies and in whose favour it was mentioned for eg. CD
(b)Any other things given in favour of XY
AND WHEREAS the said CD has died and I have been displeased and dissatisfied with the behaviour of XY and therefore I donot desire to give anything to XY.
NOW I direct that :-
(1). Whatever I had given to CD, shall go to MN
(2). I revoke everything that I had given to XY
(3). In all other respect, I confirm my last will dated the ….. day of …., year.
