Bequest absolute of land in Trust for religious purposes
THIS is the last WILL and testament of CD, son of …………, by faith ………… This will be effective after my death.
I hereby revoke all my previous Wills, codicils and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. I appoint EF as the executor of my will and also appoint him as the Trustee to my property. After my death, he will be entitled to obtain probate without furnishing any security. It is my full and final wish that my land / house situate lying at …………….. (the full address) shall be given to and utilized for the service of the deity to be named as ……………… to be consecrated and established after my death by the said executor and trustee and a temple also is to be constructed and for the purpose in order to raise capital, he shall sell and convert into money all ……………………… (explain what all the executor is entitled to sell).
Accordingly, I hereby leave and bequeath my land situate at …………… (full address) in favour of CD.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same and pay all the expenses and the charges that may be required fore my funeral and then, with the rest of the money, he shall construct a temple on the said land and then install a deity by the name of “(specify the name)”. I further state that with the remaining portion of the money, the said CD shall arrange for the regular worship of the deity. I further appoint CD as the sebait of the said deity with the absolute right to choose his successors in office. In case the sebait dies without nominating his descendents, then my descendents shall have the full power to nominate another sebait and if he refuses to perform the duties of a sebait, then, a new sebait shall be appointed by the court having competent jurisdiction.
