Judgments of the Week touch on those recent decisions which meet the parameters or yardsticks sought for in this regard.Decisions which throw light on the grey areas of the Staute Law may find place here. Many unforeseen contingencies arise for which the Staute Law cannot provide for, since every such eventuality cannot be in the contemplation of the law maker. Here the Judges step in to supplement the Staute Law through interpretation of the same. The vacuum is thus filled in by judge made law or judicial decision which is amongst the matters of the Judgments of the Week.
