Before taking and / or accepting full and final possession of a property, the purchaser must be fully satisfied about the title of the concerned property. The purchaser has to be certain that the occupiers will vacate the property concerned on or before the contractual date in order to give the purchaser full free and final possession of the property free from all encumbrances. The seller’s attorney has to take the instructions of the people who are occupying the concerned property.
