In order to carry out the purposes of Consume r Protection Act, the Administrator has developed on his own imitative, gather from other Federal agencies and non-Federal sources, and disseminate to the public in such manner, at such times, and in such form as he determines to be most effective, information, statistics, and other data including, but not limited to matter concerning-
The functions and duties of the Agency;
Consumer products and services;
Problems encountered by consumers generally, including annual reports on interest rates and commercial and trade practices which may adversely affect consumers; and
Notices of Federal hearings, proposed and final rules and orders, and other relevant activities of Federal agencies that affect a consumer.
