A notice should be served 21 days prior to all AGM’s and extraordinary general meetings. There is no provision in the Articles that can change the same. However, in calculating the number of days for calling a meeting, the day when the notice is posted is not taken into consideration.

Majority of the shareholders representing at least 95% in nominal capital of the shares, giving a right to attend and vote at the meeting agrees to the date.
