An ordinary resolution is passed at a general meeting. The notice for an ordinary resolution must be sent 14 days in advance to the members and the members should also agree to the resolution by a majority.
Whenever the passing of an extraordinary, elective or special resolution is not required by the Articles of Association, an ordinary resolution comes to play.
