Form 10:
The Companies House issues this document free of any charges. This is yet another document that is required for the incorporation of a company in UK. The initial directors, the company secretary and the registered office of the company are required to be filled up in Form 10. If the company secretary is the director of the company, then another director is required to be there.
Form 12:
Just like Form 10, the Companies House issues this document free of any charges. One of the directors identified in Form 10 have to sign Form 12, which is a statutory declaration. Since form 12 indicates abidance with the company registration rules, it should be dated and signed after the incorporation of all other forms have been completed. While Form 12 is being signed, a Notary Public, an Attorney, a JP or a Commissioner for Oaths should witness it
