Under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 an appeal shall lie to the court from an order of the arbitral tribunal:-
Upholding any objection as to the lack of its jurisdiction or accepting any plea as to the non-existence or invalidity of the arbitration agreement in question.
Granting or refusing to grant interim measure of protection under Section 17 of the Act.
An appeal shall lie to the appellate court from the following orders of the lower court:-
Granting or refusing to grant interim measure of protection under Section 9 of the Act.
Setting aside or refusing to set aside an arbitral award in an application challenging the award.
