The public justice delivery system is under severe stress due to mounting arrear of cases leading to never ending litigations. However, many disputes are capable of being resolved quickly and inexpensively by alternative modes such as arbitration, conciliation, mediation, negotiation and so on.
In this background we are trying to promote and popularize ADR forums for prompt settlement of differences including commercial and business disputes. We provide advisory and support services for smooth management of ADR process. At the request of the parties we also appoint arbitrators, conciliators, mediators and other ADR neutrals from our panel of ADR professionals. From time to time we also organize seminars and workshops on ADR and other related areas for the benefit of the public.
